    Sea Salt

At home if your feeling a little fancy and want to add that ‘little extra something' to your dish then consider Sea Salt. Although there is not much of a difference between the two (Table vs. Sea Salt) This type is a tad bit better in terms of refinement.

Sea salt is often less ground than regular refined salt, so if you sprinkle it on top of your food after it has been cooked, it may have a different mouth-feel and cause a more potent “flavor burst” than refined salt.

The trace minerals and impurities found in sea salt can also affect the taste, but this varies greatly between different brands.

Sea salt is made by evaporating seawater. It is very similar to regular salt, but can contain small amounts of minerals. It can also contain trace amounts of heavy metals if it is harvested from a polluted sea.

Sea Salt seems safe compared to regular table salt and a little fancier at best but the next type of salt has a rose-colored tint to it and its more valued than all.
