    By -

Laughter-YogaWe are living in a world where everything practically moves and everyone goes about their daily lives just to make ends meet and survive, given the fact of how busy we are trying to co-exist with everybody. When you really try to scratch the surface of our culture and the kind of society we have, you’ll figure out how stressful life can be. We argue, we think differently and most of the time we disagree on some things and have different perception about a lot of issues. These elements will definitely worn us out, we become so stressful over these things and realize that we need an outlet for these, something which for a moment can take us away from illness, pain, anger, hatred and a lot more.

“What we have found in our study is that HAML sustains high-amplitude gamma-band oscillations. Gamma is the only frequency found in every part of the brain. What this means is that humour actually engages the entire brain – it is a whole brain experience with the gamma wave band frequency and humour, similar to meditation, holds it there; we call this being, …

Let us not forget that our body is made up of wonders, every inch of it is exist to complements the other. Our part is to simply take care of it.
