Should I eat salmon? Some say it's good for you, full of omega 3s, other say it not good for you, full of cancer-causing pollutants (PCBs). So who is right? Actually, both are. Salmon is a very rich source of omega 3s and is very good for you. You'll find more of the PCBs in farmed salmon, plus other pollutants like dioxins and pesticide residues. The healthiest choice is to opt for wild-caught salmon, whenever possible!
