  • Consistency is the Key to Weight Loss

    lakawThere is no such thing as overnight result, skipping time and a hasty weight loss is a wishful thinking, there is no short cut for this, there is no easy way either,  so let us get real about this issue. Discipline and consistency will make your Exercise effective and as a result losing weight is insure. If you’re physically active you will be burning fats naturally. Exercise doesn’t only mean going to the gym, you can always work out anywhere and anytime, whether you’re walking or just by cleaning your room, anything that will break a sweat out of you will serve as a good exercise.

    Exercise is the most effective way to stay healthy, it doesn’t cost you much, not like sliming pills or any weight loss products -They costs you a lot of money which most of them brings disappointments in your life, not getting the results that you want. Most of these products are labeled to be the quickest way to get rid of your fats, but when your hopes are high and your expectations are huge the opposite will happen, the only thing that is burned, is not your calories –it’s your money.

    Age is not a hindrance to exercise, there are programs or levels that were design to appropriate all different ages, there are in fact scientific evidences that when a person engages on an active life He/She will have healthier life. They will have a lower risk of many chronic diseases, such as, type 2 diabetes, heart diseases, high Blood pressure and cancer related problems.

    Being overweight or obese isn't an isolated condition; carrying some extra weight can cause stress to joints and strain on your body overall, especially when it comes to high-intensity workouts. You may recall seeing those montage clips from the television series The Biggest Loser, where everyone is running full-speed on the treadmill with their personal trainer screaming in their ears until they reach that 30-second mark, at which point it’s OK to slow the pace down. This is referred to as high-intensity interval training, or HIIT, and for some time, this form of training was considered the most effective in getting into shape.

    However, I can’t ignore the merit in the old saying “slow and steady wins the race,” especially when it comes to weight loss. Now, it seems I’m not alone, as a new study has proven that while HIIT may improve overall fitness, it’s ineffective in improving fat distribution …

    Life could get worst if you don’t motivate yourself to live a healthier life, exercise can literally save your life, the more you do it, the more you brush away possible illnesses. A lot of people don’t realized this, but life is fully enjoyed if your body is all well.
