• Seeing Success on a Different Prospective

    balancIt is almost impossible to get away with stress, especial with people who can’t seem to stop working, the downside of being a hard working person is that you can reach to your boiling and just burned out with a lot of thing going on inside your head. And this can be very dangerous if you always experience such scenario. People these days are motivated with achievements, they will do whatever they can to reach the pinnacle of success. However, forcing yourself to do a specific task beyond your limits can impair your ability to differentiate what is logical and what is not. People who experience burned-out are people who cannot decide what is wrong and what is right. We are driven by our desire to excel and be successful in whatever we do, in return; we sacrifice too much even surpassing the normal limit of what we can do.

    The kind of society we have right now is so demanding, everything is so fast you feel like you have to keep up from a lot of things, your time is managed, minutes are counted, that your actions should be precise in line with the schedules you are following. Because of this kind of culture, people overtime have manage to adapt with the phase of life, however adaptation doesn’t mean complete control over your body, for instance, if your body has adapted to stay awake at night, this doesn’t mean that you will be exempt from the ill symptoms of sleep deprivation.

     Arianna is a role model for many, and her Huffington Post site is one of the top 100 websites in the world. Her motivation for writing the book Thrive was a deeply personal one.

    “As I was writing and then later starting The Huffington Post, I think I was under the collective delusion that burnout is necessary for success,” Arianna says.

    “Two years into launching The Huffington Post and having just come back from taking my oldest daughter around colleges to pick the college she wanted to apply to, I collapsed from burnout, exhaustion, and sleep deprivation.

    I hit my head on my desk on the way down, broke my cheekbone, and got four stitches on my right eye. That was seven years ago. That was the beginning of the process of learning, understanding, and making changes in my own life that led to the publication of Thrive.

    Basically, I started asking myself questions …

     The issue of stress has been dealt with the experts and they come up with a bright idea. They were able to create food supplements that would somehow fill up what is missing in your life, these supplements are made mainly to supply your body with substances that enhance your body’s ability to withstand circumstances that would worn your mind and body out. Success is not exclusive to just working really hard, it can also achieve through a balance life, you don’t need to struggle so hard, you just have to look at things on a healthier prospective.
