It is almost impossible to get away with stress, especial with people who can’t seem to stop working, the downside of being a hard working person is that you can reach to your boiling and just burned out with a lot of thing going on inside your head. And this can be very dangerous if you always experience such scenario. People these days are motivated with achievements, they will do whatever they can to reach the pinnacle of success. However, forcing yourself to do a specific task beyond your limits can impair your ability to differentiate what is logical and what is not. People who experience burned-out are people who cannot decide what is wrong and what is right. We are driven by our desire to excel and be successful in whatever we do, in return; we sacrifice too much even surpassing the normal limit of what we can do.
The kind of society we have right now is so demanding, everything is so fast you feel like you have to keep up from a lot of things, your time is managed, minutes are counted, that your actions should be precise in line with the schedules you are following. Because of this kind of culture, people overtime have manage to adapt with the phase of life, however adaptation doesn’t mean complete control over your body, for instance, if your body has adapted to stay awake at night, this doesn’t mean that you will be exempt from the ill symptoms of sleep deprivation.
