    Couples are trying to boost their chances of getting pregnant by regular sex, taking vitamins and supplements, and changing their lifestyle so that fertility is likely. Men now a day are trying to make some steps and learning how to maximize sperm count. There are a few tricks to do that, but some of the best solutions are to engage on a healthy diet, exercise regularly and refrain from negative habits. You can also avoid drinking alcohol, you have to quit smoking and don't use illegal drugs. All of these habits can reduce sperm counts and damage sperm, causing an inability to fertilize eggs. If these habits cannot be broken, reduce the regularity of each of them.

    Men need to avoid processed foods. It's important to maintain a healthy diet high intake of protein is needed, vegetables and whole grains as well. Your goal is to maintain for low fat diet. When a healthy diet is followed, sperm count will increase because your body is properly taken care of and your metabolism is functioning alright.

    A German-Danish team of researchers from the Center of Advanced European Studies and Research in Bonn, Germany, and the University Department of Growth and Reproduction just had their work published in EMBO reports. They find that endocrine disruptors may contribute to widespread fertility problems in the Western world in a way never seen before.

    Proving the correlation has been difficult because how do you have a control group in a world already heavily immersed in EDCs for a few generations? Bisphenol-A is just one widely known EDC. Endocrine disruptors show up in food, wheatfood packaging, on money and ATM receipts, in body care products, pesticides, dental procedure residues, cleaning products, plastics, textiles, drugs, toys, cosmetics and more. Furthermore, what EDCs get eliminated through our bodies are recycled back to us through the use of sewage sludge on conventional crop production.

    How can we protect ourselves against those chemicals that have already been process and mixed in most of what we eat? From the beverages we drink to the food we buy around; we’re not safe anymore are we?
