If we could observed the brain on how it works 24/7, we will be amaze by how exhausting its job can be every day, but despite this, the brain doesn’t show a sign of slowing down and still manage to secrete sense of humor, well, I’m talking about happy cells it produces to set us in a good mood. As a result; we smile and dance and make fun of everything if this cells are triggered. These cells are so cool they can help us overcome pain and give us a sense of positive outlook in life. Our brain is so full them that it secretes them whenever we need them. Normally in a day the brain sends and receive trillions of messages. The messages that contains happy thought, are carried by Biogenic Amine/Endorphin System. Other messages are dimmed and still. Most nerve centers receive input from both types of messengers. They are healthy when their input is balanced.

Happiness Is Directly Linked To Our Health

Dr Derek Cox, Director of Public Health at Dumfries and Galloway NHS, suspects that for decades health professionals have been missing a big trick in improving the health of the nation. “We've spent years saying that giving up smoking could be the single most important thing that we could do for the health of the nation. “And yet there is mounting evidence that happiness might be at least as powerful a predictor, if not a more powerful predictor than some of the other lifestyle factors that we talk about in terms of cigarette smoking, diet, physical activity (Balckqouted) and those kind of things. “The science of happiness is increasingly suggesting a link between happiness and health.

Andrew Steptoe, the British Heart Foundation Professor of Psychology at University College London, has found that happier people also have greater protection against things like heart disease and stroke. …

Our ability to choose happiness, and have fun with people we hang out or even those we barely know –connecting with them through humors, Life brings hardship, -something we cannot avoid, but life is a tragedy if we know how to choose “happiness” over “mourning”. When you become sad for any reason, try to look for reason to smile and be inspired.
