  • Future Americans are likely to be Sickly

    rThe future on health of the American people is deemed to be in peril, this is after a study shows that majority of young Americans today is not practicing healthy diet, they are also exposed to a lot of things, harmful effects from different electronic gadgets. Now a days, there are people who don’t care much about the food that they are taking in to their body, thou this age offers a much sophisticated means to process our food, medicines and clothing, this doesn’t warrant us for total safety. This because the products that are available in the market are not close to being healthy, some of them are GMO products, associated with harmful chemicals. Some are processed food, designed to withstand time, they are bombarded with chemicals that preserves them.

    Everything that we have been eating lately are inspired by the idea coming from the lab. These products have a small amount of poison, but when they are in a constant use, then they will post a threat in our health. Now there are side effects that will not occur right away, I will just occur a little later in life, that is why most of the Americans will acutely be weaker in the future because there is a possibly  that younger Americans will be suffering from a fragile body because of their diet. But there’s more to this issue.

    Recently the Centers for Disease Control conducted a physical study involving 600 teenagers. They found that only 42 percent of them could reach the bare minimum threshold for being considered “fit”. This happens to be a decline from 52 percent in 2000. The lead author of the report, Dr. Gahche, suggested that “Children should spend at least 60 minutes daily…mostly doing aerobic exercise, like walking, running, participating in team sports or martial arts.”

     Kids of this generation plays with their toys without requiring them to run, walk or ride a bicycle, but instead, they have their computers and do their playtime just by sitting the whole time. This is an indication of unhealthy routine.
